I was a cute little blondie, wasn't I?

I was born in Transylvania, about four decades ago, and I grew up there, among vampires and legends. I never met Dracula, though...

I studied Psychology and Pedagogy at the University, dreaming about becoming a director of some kind someday, changing the world and developing creative ways to educate. I pursued that dream for a while, but one day, when I already had my whole life 'structured' - with a secure job as the programmes director of a major international NGO, a new, successful and internationally recognised method of education created by me, a generous salary and all that stuff people always tell you one has to have in life, I realised I couldn't see myself like that for the rest of my days.

So I decided to leave everything there and pursue new dreams. I decided to travel and tell the wonderful legends and stories of people I meet along the way and of places I visit. I decided to write books and take pictures. Some say I tell awesome stories. And the journey has only just begun...

P.S. Now I live in Cantabria, the fascinating northern region of Spain and I would really appreciate it if you'd call me Dakian, with a "k".

I was amazed of how this gentleman has already written a book of legends of San Vicente, in only 10 months, because it's pretty hard to find such amount of information... I admire the courage he has had in doing this. (A mí me llamaba la atención como en 10 meses este señor ha ya escrito sobre San Vicente unas leyendas. Es difícil encontrar tanta información… Admiro la valentía que ha tenido al hacer esto.)
